Downtown residents and workers demonstrate against FEMA

Residents and workers from Chinatown and other downtown neighborhoods demonstrate against FEMA and the Red Cross claiming that their health and incomes have suffered due to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001 and that official agencies have ignored them. NYC 5 June 2002
